- Ashlyn O.I cannot even begin to describe the immense gratitude I have for Altered Athletics. I have been lifting for 8+ years and found myself yet again in another gym plateau, ready to give up on lifting. I am SO grateful for Jared’s encouragement to join as my experience has been invaluable. Not only that, but he recommended I work with Kiara and it has been such an honor to train with her. Kiara is truly the absolute BEST coach I have ever had. Every class with her, I left feeling 100x more confident in myself and my capabilities. She radiates the most positive energy and fosters such an uplifting environment each class that encourages us all to do our very best. No matter what level of gym experience you hold, I can promise you will get the results you are looking for here at Altered. If you are on the fence, take it from me and just do it.
