Ingredient Benefits for Women

Lean Ground Turkey (99%)

This ultra-lean protein is rich in B vitamins (especially B6 and B12), selenium, and zinc—all of which support metabolism, immune health, and hormone balance. It’s an excellent protein choice for women focusing on body recomposition or maintaining lean mass during weight loss phases.

Romaine Lettuce or Low-Carb Tortillas

Romaine lettuce keeps things ultra-light and low-carb while providing hydration and essential micronutrients like folate and vitamin K. The Carb Balance tortillas are a great option if you’re on a moderate-carb day and want a little more staying power from your wrap.

Black Beans

Beans are rich in fiber and plant-based protein. They support gut health and help stabilize blood sugar, which is especially helpful for women managing hormone health or insulin sensitivity.

Meal Prep Tip

This recipe is super meal-prep friendly. Brown your turkey in bulk and portion the other ingredients in containers. Store your lettuce leaves or tortillas separately and assemble fresh when you’re ready to eat.

Don’t Forget!

Protein Powder can help fill in the gaps on days when your food intake falls short. If your goal is weight loss or lean muscle gain, aim for at least 1g of protein per pound of goal bodyweight. A high-quality whey isolate or vegan protein blend can make a huge difference in recovery and satiety.
